I’ve been running around nonstop in these and my feet still don’t hurt. i was rushing all day and barely noticed I had them on — super comfy

Uh, these fit great right out of the box. I wore them all day and didn’t have any rubbing or discomfort...

I’ve had my Rothy’s flats for about a year now, they’ve held up way better than I thought they would. I wear them to work constantly, like they’re basically in my regular shoe rotation forever at this point, and the shape still looks good. No weird peeling, no loose threads, nothing that makes them look wrecked.

I’m giving them 4 stars because the soles did start showing wear a little faster than I was hoping, which was mildly annoying. They’re still totally wearable though, and I love that they’re easy to wash without turning into a disaster. Overall, they’re durable, comfy enough, and have survived my daily life better than half the shoes I own

I was surprised how quickly it showed up. Shipping was fast, like really really fast, and it came sooner than I expected.

I’m really loving the look of my Rothy’s shoes. They have this simple, clean style that still feels cute and put-together, which makes them so easy to wear with my everyday outfits. They’re not too flashy, just effortlessly stylish. My only little wish is that some of the styles came in more colors because I’d be excited to grab another pair. Overall, I’m really happy with them!

I wasn’t sure I could justify spending this much on flats, but I’ve worn them a ton and they’ve held up really well. They still look nice after plenty of use, and I really like that I can wash them instead of feeling like I need to replace them. They’re definitely not the cheapest option, but for how often I reach for them, the value feels fair to me.

It was easy enough to wash and came out looking good, but it took forever to dry. Not sure what whoever runs this was thinking there, but overall it did the job

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I had to do a return. The website was mostly easy to figure out, but the whole shipping label part threw me off for a minute and I was kind of annoyed.
Customer service got back to me the next day and explained what I needed to do. They were friendly and didn’t act like I was bothering them, which I appreciated. it was smoother than I expected.
The refund took a few days after the shoes got back to them, so not lightning fast or anything, but it was fine. I’m taking off one star because I wish it moved a little quicker, but overall it was a good experience.
